Here is where a lot of behind the scenes work is handled by me. Planning will pick back up closer to the date with final edits & details.

In this phase, I will be communicating with your vendors to confirm details, directing your ceremony rehearsal, and making sure all details are handled day-of so you can be present & relaxed.
In this first phase, we will establish our ideal budget and create a rough timeline. This allows me to then suggest vendors that fit both your style and your ideal budget.

Next, we will create your design board based on your inspiration. This will assist me in beginning to curate a list of the top vendors based on your style, personality, and budget to bring your vision to life.
are you available for travel?
I come from beautiful Boise, Idaho and I love to travel near and far for my couples. I frequently plan weddings in Idaho, the Pacific Northwest & beyond.
Working with couples to brainstorm ways to make their day uniquely theirs is one of my favorite parts of my work. I give couples a questionnaire to get to know them better and then suggest several ideas at all price points from there. I always suggest infusing your day with personal details to make it memorable!
HOW can we make our WEDDING unique & authentic?
How do we reserve our date?
Reach out via the contact form to schedule our initial consultation. On the call, we will chat more about your special day & I will send you a customized proposal after. Once you pick your package, you will then sign my contract & provide a deposit. Note that all dates are first come, first served.
I thrive under high-pressure environments. I also always make sure there is a back-up plan for every situation, like always creating a secondary rain plan layout. By staying organized and maintaining clear communication throughout the planning process, I also eliminate issues before they arise.
